Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenter Journeyman for a project located in Richmond, CA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $40-45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Create a layout for construction using tools such as rules and pencils

• Measure, cut, and shape wood materials using tapes, saws, and chisel

• Oversee the selection of construction raw materials to specify type and quantity of required materials

• Remove and replace damaged or worn-out parts of structures

• Read and interpret blueprints for a structural concept

Requirements

• Must be able to operate in a foreman like capacity

• Must be competent in all phases of residential remodel and new builds

• Must have a minimum of 4+ years experience in the field
